Personal information as well as information concerning study rights, study records, and degrees of all university students are registered in The Student Registry Oodi. Registering to be present for the academic year also takes place in Oodi.
The student interface is WebOodi, where you can.
- change your contact information,
- view the record of your completed studies,
- register for semesters (only if previously registered), and
- browse courses and register for them (see above).
Mepco is a Personnel Information System Services where employment contracts and information, as well as grant researcher agreements, are stored.
If you are employed by the UEF, you can review your employment information and salary slips in Mepco. You can also report changes in your address and other such data, fill in applications for leave and absence notifications etc., as well as fill in the forms related to assessment discussions in accordance with the salary system for universities and to performance appraisal discussions.
SoleCRIS (Current Research Information System) is a database containing information about publications, expert tasks, research and education projects and international mobility periods of the university members.
You are expected to submit the information on the publications via the service form as soon as they have been published. Other publications, projects, expert tasks and international mobility periods should also be stored into the SoleCRIS by you or in the way as has been agreed in the unit.
