Instructions for the Digital Services’ software and IT services

Frequently asked questions and instructions can be found in our website uef.fi/dipa (new tab). The website does not require logging in.  

In our website you can contact us via chat and check the opening hours for other contact methods (new tab). Make sure a content blocker or a popup blocker is not preventing chat from showing.

The services provided by Digital Services are described also in Heimo (https://studentuef.sharepoint.com/sites/newscenter, new tab, requires logging in with your UEF account, username@uef.fi).  Go to the Services (Palvelut) and use the search function.
