Your application will be processed after the application deadline
- 30 April for the autumn semester or full academic year
- 30 September for the spring semester
You will receive an official admission letter by email within 1–2 months after the application period ends. If your application is not approved, you will be informed within the same timeframe.
Please do not make final travel plans or reserve accommodation until you have received the official acceptance.
Exchange students are admitted by the faculties of the University of Eastern Finland. After you submit your application, International Mobility Services forwards it to the relevant academic department for evaluation, including your proposed Learning Agreement. Once the faculty confirms the acceptance, International Mobility Services sends the final decision to all applicants.
