PrintYou can use the wireless networks on UEF campuses for studying and working.
Eduroam
Eduroam is UEF’s wireless network for students. You can also use it at many other organisations (for example, on other university campuses) with your UEF user account.
People from outside UEF can also use Eduroam — see the instructions on UEF Intra (login required, opens in new tab).
How to login to Eduroam
- Username: [email protected].
- Password: your UEF password.
If you cannot log in
- Forget the network in your device’s Wi‑Fi settings (”Forget network”).
- Reconnect and log in with your [email protected] and password.
Certificates and settings
- Eduroam uses the TERENA SSL CA certificate.
- If you experience problems while connecting, try installing the Eduroam certificate on your device from https://cat.eduroam.org (opens in new tab).
SEB
For Safe Exam Browser (SEB) exams, the university has a wireless network called SEB. You will receive the SEB network password from your teacher before the exam begins.
UEF2
UEF2 is a wireless network for UEF staff computers. As a student, you can use Eduroam.
