Kudin.fi is here to help: it allows you to identify your strengths and develop your career readiness step by step. The most important thing is that you take the time to reflect on your own questions about the future and work through them.
How Kudin.fi works
You assess your career readiness through three research-based questionnaires:
Career readiness – where are you now and where are you heading?
Strengths during change and transition – how do you handle change?
Career choices and decision-making – how do you make choices about your career?
Based on your responses, you receive personalised feedback and tips to help you work on each area further. You will get started with your career planning and gain new perspectives on planning your future.
When you book a career counselling appointment, send your feedback to the career counsellor. This way, you can get to the topics that matter most to you more quickly during the session.
