Learning outcomes
During this course, you will learn to reflect on, identify and describe your competence from the perspective of Finnish working life. You will also learn the values of both generic and field-specific skills when identifying and communicating about your competences. After completing the course, you can understand different rules and practices of working life and feel more confident to enter in the Finnish labour market. The course also equips students with the knowledge and skills needed for the Future Talents Team Project course 3 ECTS. To enroll in the Future Talents Team Project course, you must first successfully complete this course.
Modes of study and assessment criteria
The study materials are available in the Digikampus learning environment. To pass the course you need to complete the required assignments and participate in compulsory training sessions. Please check the course schedule from the Peppi. Active participation and interaction with other students are an essential part of the learning process.
