UEF user account activation

You will need a UEF user account during your studies in order to use the university’s digital services.

Activate your account as soon as possible, and at the same time familiarize yourself with the instructions for logging in, passwords, and multi-factor authentication.

How to activate your UEF user account

• Go to uef.fi/username (opens in new tab).
• Activate your UEF user account by following the instructions on the page.
• At the same time, review the instructions on logging in, changing your password, access rights, and enabling multi-factor authentication.

• You can usually start using your account about four (4) hours after activation, provided that your acess rights are already valid. If your access rights have not yet begun, wait until they come into effect.

Remember this

Your UEF user account and password are personal. Do not give them to anyone else to use. You are responsible for all use of your account.
