PrintJoensuu campus
The Joensuu campus is compact and easy to navigate, located right next to the city centre. Several campus buildings are situated along Yliopistokatu (University Street). The campus has over 9,000 degree students, making campus life lively. Numerous campus restaurants and cafés serve lunch and snacks. Some teaching facilities are located at the Joensuu Science Park, where science, technology and business come together. The university’s teacher training school is located near the campus.

Kuopio campus
The Kuopio campus is set in a beautiful, green environment on the lakefront in the Savilahti district. Savilahti is a developing area being built into a vibrant neighbourhood where you can study, work and live. The campus has nearly 7,000 degree students. Campus restaurants offer a wide range of options for lunch or a coffee break. Kuopio University Hospital is located right next to the campus. KPY Novapolis, a hub for science, research and business, is also nearby.
