As a degree student, you follow the same curriculum as Open University students. Courses may have several implementations, such as contact teaching and online teaching. As a degree student registered as present, you can freely choose which implementation to enrol in. This is free of charge
for you.
If you are registered as absent in your degree studies but wish to study through the Open University, you must pay the Open University fees.
If a minor subject has a student selection process and limited places, you cannot enrol in an Open University course unless you have been granted the right to study that subject through the minor subject selection. Read more on the LINKKI: [minor studies page].
Further information
If you are unsure which implementation you should enrol in, contact the study guidance and counselling services for your subject.
