Examination dates and duration
Examination dates, duration and format are determined by the curriculum. Each examination related to a course is held at least twice within one year of the start of teaching.
You can find detailed examination schedules in Peppi.
Register for an examination
Register for an examination according to the instructions of the teacher in charge of the course. The registration method is described either in the curriculum or in the course learning environment.
If you have been granted individual study arrangements, request their implementation at least 10 days before the examination. More information about individual study arrangements in Kamu.
How to act during an examination
Your identity may be checked during the examination. Bring a photo ID, such as a student card with a photo, an identity card, a driving license or a passport. Please note that a student card on a mobile phone may not be accepted.
You may only use materials and equipment necessary for completing the examination.
The examination may be monitored in real time or by recorded surveillance. Your privacy will be respected during monitoring.
If necessary, your participation and identity may be verified by combining data from access control, camera surveillance and the electronic examination system.
If an examination date is changed
An examination date can only be changed for compelling reasons, and it is always rescheduled to a later date. You will be notified of the change at least two weeks before the original examination date whenever possible.
