Minor subject studies at UEF
At UEF, students generally have the right to freely choose their minor subjects, with the exception of fields where admisson is based on a proficiency test or entrance examinations, or where there is another justified reason to restrict access. Any restrictions on the right to study minor subjects are specified in the curriculum. (Education Regulations, Section 13)
On the other hand, some degree programmes do not include minor subjects, or the minor subjects are predetermined in the curriculum.
There are many options available:
- minor subjects offered by faculties
- studies in internationalisation
- university networks (e.g. YUFE Alliance and UniPID)
- cross-institutional studies and JOO flexible study right studies
