The International Study Programme in Law is a non-degree study programme taught in English at the Law School in the University of Eastern Finland. The programme is intended for both international and Finnish students who wish to familiarise themselves with judicial questions and legal practices. The programme offers a wide variety of courses in the different fields of law, e.g. International Trade Law, Environmental Law, Public International Law and European Law. The course Introduction to Legal Studies and Finnish Legal System (2 ects) is compulsory for all interna-tional students enrolled in the International Study Programme in Law, other courses can be chosen freely according to student’s own interests. Finnish students can choose all courses from listing according to their interest. Please note that some of the courses are organized every other year.
