Break Pro on ammattimainen taukoliikuntaohjelma, joka muistuttaa käyttäjää työn
tauottamisesta sekä ohjaa taukoliikuntaa uuden liikuntasuosituksen mukaisesti.

Ohjelma sisältää yli 100 lyhyttä taukoliikuntavideota monipuolisesti koko keholle perinteisemmästä hartiajumpasta ergonomiaohjeisiin sekä puhetyöläisen äänenhuoltoon. Ohjelman voi säätää muistuttamaan ja ohjaamaan taukoliikuntaa käyttäjän valitsemin väliajoin tai tiettynä ajankohtana.

Ohjelma on käytettävissä suomeksi, ruotsiksi ja englanniksi. Ohjelman saa asentaa UEFin henkilökunnan ja opiskelijoiden tietokoneille ja mobiililaitteille sekä myös henkilökohtaiseen kännykkään. Lisäksi opettajat voivat käyttää ohjelmaa opetuksessaan luentojen tauottamiseen.
