Restaurant Aura in Joensuu remains closed for the time being, but Futura’s restaurant will open
Unlike previously stated, Restaurant Aura on the Joensuu Campus will remain closed for the time being. Instead, the restaurant in the Futura building will open on 1 September, and students can buy lunch at prices subsidised by Kela.
Remote working and studying caused by the coronavirus situation have an effect on customer numbers, which Compass Group is monitoring closely, in collaboration with the university. Information on any other possible changes to the campus restaurants’ opening hours will be made available separately.

Take out lunch is available. During the lunch times, pre-packed take out portions are available, also warm. Compass Group reminds that it is important to keep a safe distance to others also in the campus restaurants. Please avoid visiting the restaurants at the most crowded times if you can.
