The cause of these infections has been identified as an outbreak of a new type of coronavirus. There are no known cases of Wuhan coronaviruses in Finland according to the Finnish institute for health and welfare. However, it is possible that individual cases of the illness may be found in Finland as a result of tourism and other international travel.
