The February application period for outgoing exchange studies will close on Monday 16 Feb at exactly 3:00 PM. Remember to complete and send your application before the deadline, because it is not possible to send it after 3:00 PM.
When applying for semester or full year exchange, make the following selections in SoleMove when you are creating a new application:
- Application type: Normal student exchange
- Mobility type: Study
- Application period: Application for Student Exchange // Semester and Full Year // 2026-27
This will make sure you are filling out the correct application form.
NB! There are multiple application periods for different types of exchanges open in SoleMove simultaneously. Each application period has their own deadlines. Applications that have been sent after the 3:00 PM deadline using the wrong application period will not be accepted. Make sure you have selected the correct application period when starting your application.
