Tuudo has released a new version of their mobile app today. Unfortunately, there are currently significant issues with the library-related features. We kindly ask you to avoid updating the app for now, if possible.
If you are a library customer and have already updated the app, please note that you can find your library card by clicking the menu icon in the bottom right corner, opening the Student services accordion menu, and selecting Library. From this menu view, you can also add the library section to your favorites, making it easier to find in the future.
If you need to manage your loans and reservations, we recommend using UEF Primo for this purpose. For any questions related to loans and reservations, you can also contact our customer service at [email protected]. For issues related to Tuudo, please contact [email protected].
The functionality issues with Tuudo are under investigation. We will provide further information later.
