The general VAT rate rises in Finland from 24% to 25.5% as of 1 September 2024. The list of library service fees remains essentially unchanged after the increase. Only the hourly rates for information retrieval and teaching services for non-university customers will increase from 65 euros to 66 euros.
The new list of service fees is valid immediately and you can find it here. The tip of the day: article copies from the National Repository Library are free until the end of 2024.
