Upcoming exceptions to Student and Learning Services customer service opening hours
JOENSUU
1 June – 31 July 2023 the customer service desk in Joensuu is generally open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 am to 2 pm. Exceptions to this:
On Wednesday 14 June 2023 the customer service desk in Joensuu is closed.
On Friday 23 June 2023 the customer service desk in Joensuu is closed.
On Thursday 13 July 2023 the customer service desk in Joensuu is open.
On Friday 14 July 2023 the customer service desk in Joensuu is closed.
KUOPIO
1 – 18 June 2023 the customer service desk in Kuopio is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 am to 2 pm.
19 June – 16 July 2023 the customer service desk in Kuopio is closed.
17 – 31 July 2023 the customer service desk in Kuopio is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 am to 2 pm.
PHONE SERVICE
1 June – 31 July 2023 the phone service is open Mon–Fri from 10 am to 2 pm.
On Thursday 22 June 2023 the phone service is open from 10 am to 1 pm.
On Friday 23 June 2023 the phone service is closed.

From 1 August 2023 onward the Student and Learning Services’ customer service desk will once again be open normally on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 am to 3 pm.
If you are unable to visit the customer service desk during these times, please contact us by email or phone, and we can set up a meeting for a different time.
