Upcoming exceptions to Student and Learning Services customer service opening hours
On Friday 1 December 2023 the customer service desk in Joensuu closes already at 2:30 pm.
On Wednesday 6 December 2023 the phone service and customer service desk in both Joensuu and Kuopio are closed.
On Friday 22 December 2023 the customer service desk in Joensuu is closed. The phone service and customer service desk in Kuopio close already at 1 pm.

In Kuopio the customer service desk is open on Wednesday 27 December 2023 from 10 am to 3 pm. The customer service desk is closed 25–26 December and 28–29 December.

January
On 1 January 2024 the phone service and customer service desk in both Joensuu and Kuopio are closed.
2–15 January 2024 the phone service and customer service desk in both Joensuu and Kuopio are open Mon–Fri from 10 am to 3 pm.
Starting 16 January 2024 the Student and Learning Services’ regular opening hours are changing.

The Student and Learning Services’ customer service desk is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 am to 3 pm.
